The grounds of the Boma Golf Course in Mbarara were alive with purpose this past weekend as our team joined hundreds of community members for the 4th Edition of the Rwizi Run. This event resonated deeply with us because it directly supports one of our core sustainability goals: to have an improved water quality and quantity in the areas of our operations.

For us, the health of River Rwizi is fundamental. A healthy river means a healthy community and a sustainable business. Every step taken during the “Race for Revival” was a collective stride towards tackling the pollution and silting that threaten this vital resource.

Our participation signifies our active role in safeguarding shared water resources. We believe that lasting environmental solutions are built on collaboration. We commend the Ministry of Water and Environment for leading this charge and look forward to continuing our work with public and private partners to ensure a sustainable water future for Uganda.
